Retreat Meat...

This was our lunch today. Well, this meat, plus lots of pasta. Every day, lunch is the biggest meal. Argentines eat a light breakfast (toast and coffee) and then they end the day with a mild dinner. Lunch is the biggie here.

And no lunch will be bigger than tomorrow's. We're getting that legendary Filet Mignon that John Ward and others have feasted on in years past. It's called El Palacio de la Papa Frita - and it might be the best steak this side of the equator. Weird - I don't think I've ever been south of the equator before. No wonder I've sneezed a lot tonight.
