Actually, they speak an Argentine version of Espanol, pronounced "Castellano." Here's Hugo leading worship. The church does not have a paid pastor, but rather a team of three men (Tito, Marcos, and Ruben) shares the leadership load. Tito is the primary leader and teacher, and he has been there for at least ten years.
